Our provider services are billed to Medicare, Medicaid, or the HMO.Provider services are covered by Medicare Part B. section 4432 (b) of the Balanced Budget Act of 1997 (BBA, P.L. 105-33). Just call 469-941-4029 to check availability. With our office hours, you can schedule an appointment after work or after school. Concierge visits are available to our corporate clients.
